  • Partner with advisors to deliver integrated planning solutions that optimize clients’ overall financial picture.
  • Stay current with evolving tax law and proactively communicate relevant changes to clients and colleagues.

Client Communication & Service

  • Communicate directly with clients and staff to ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial statements and tax documents.
  • Maintain a client-first focus, delivering results with professionalism and care throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Professional Development & Team Contribution

  • Maintain a strong commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, with interest in growing into a managerial or supervisory capacity over time.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.
  • Tax planning and wealth management coordination experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • RIA industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with tax software including Lacerte, TaxDome, and SurePrep; Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Supervisory experience a plus, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
