Eric prioritizes his client relationships and their needs as well as his mentorship of the wealth management team at Moneco. He is also a member of the firm’s executive committee, responsible for day-to-day governance, and is the chair of the hiring committee.

Experience:
Eric joined Moneco in March of 2018 and currently serves as Managing Partner and Financial Advisor. He began working at Rocco & Associates at the advent of 2013; bringing with him over 12 years’ experience in the financial services industry and an MBA in Business Management from the John F. Welch School of Business at Sacred Heart University. However, his financial education dates back to holiday dinners on Long Island with a family that lived and breathed Wall Street. As a young man of twelve he was given G.C. Selden’s classic “The Psychology of the Stock Market” and not only did he read the 100 year old tome cover to cover, but from then on he was drawn to the industry. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/History, Eric worked his way from Sales to Assistant Vice President with Prudential Financial and Citigroup Asset Management. He left the industry in 2005 to pursue his lifelong dream of owning his own business, but the financial services industry drew him back after he sold it.
Personal:
He resides in Fairfield with his wife Debbie and their two children, EJ and Ruthie and is active in the Fairfield community volunteering as both a baseball and basketball coach. Eric is a board member at the firm and on the board for the Friends of the Bigelow Center for Senior Activities. He is also a commissioner on the town’s Shellfish Commission and a frequent volunteer at the Connecticut Food Bank. When not assisting clients or spending time with his family or in the community, you can find him on just about any body of water from Maine to Montana with a fly rod in his hand.
