What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with lead financial advisors to support and elevate the client experience, while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of personal financial planning. Your work will span four key areas:

Client Experience & Relationship Building

  • Proactively support clients by anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients by participation on meetings (both virtual and in-person) and through follow-up calls.
  • Keep detailed records in our CRM and financial planning platforms to ensure seamless service.

Financial Plan Development

  • Help build, maintain, and present personalized financial plans using our planning tools (e.g., eMoney or MoneyGuidePro).
  • Support advisors in the analysis and implementation of planning strategies.

Operations & Account Management

  • Assist with account opening, transfers, money movement, and routine account maintenance.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely execution of client requests.

Team Coordination & Meeting Prep

  • Collaborate with advisors and support staff to prepare for meetings and ongoing client engagements.
    Help manage internal workflows to ensure we deliver an outstanding experience at every stage of the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (writing samples may be requested).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Internship or 1-3 years of experience in financial services, client services, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools (like eMoney or MoneyGuidePro) is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial research tools (like Morningstar or Bloomberg) is a bonus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across teams to meet deadlines.
  • A professional who enjoys working with people and representing the firm in a positive, proactive way.
  • Desire to obtain your SIE license within 6 months of hire, Series 65 within 1 year of hire, and the CFP® designation within 4 years of hire.
