Favorite part about working at Moneco:
So far, it’s the people and the trust that everyone has in one another. You can tell everyone has a lot of confidence in one another to do the job they were brought in to do.
Favorite thing to do outside of work:
I love to spend time with my 3 kids, travel, cook and bake sourdough. I love feeding people, it’s more than just filling a belly- it’s feeding the soul.
What I enjoy most about what I do:
I’m a nurturer by nature and I think that brings a different element to HR that most people aren’t used to. So building relationships and getting to know people really well, in order to support and develop them, is truly the best part of my job.

As Director of People, Taryn joined Moneco in 2026. She is passionate about turning people potential into business performance. She partners closely with leaders and teams to create environments rooted in trust, collaboration, and growth—where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work. With over 13 years of experience partnering with executives and teams across luxury brands, Taryn has led enterprise-wide talent strategies, organizational design, succession and workforce planning, and global leadership development initiatives. She’s especially energized by mentoring leaders at every level and guiding teams through change, helping individuals and organizations move forward with clarity and confidence. Taryn’s approach is people-first and results-driven. She believes that strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and healthy cultures are the foundation of sustainable success—and when those are in place, both people and the business thrive.

Experience:
Taryn’s background translates well to directing HR at our growing RIA, where strategic yet hands-on leadership is essential. She brings experience building scalable talent programs, advising leaders through growth and change, and managing the full employee lifecycle—critical for supporting expansion, regulatory-aware people practices, and a strong culture in a lean, high-trust professional services environment.
