Christine is the Senior Project Manager and our Berkshires’ office Practice Leader. She was promoted from Client Services Manager role in 2026 and brings extensive leadership experience in client service and operations, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless and dependable experience for clients. Known for her ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives, she plays an important role in supporting firm-wide projects and strengthening the processes that help keep our valued clients at the center of everything we do.
Experience:
With more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Christine has built a career grounded in service excellence and strong client relationships. Prior to joining Moneco, she spent many years with Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America, where she advanced through roles in New Business and Client Services before moving into leadership positions. Her background includes managing teams, coordinating large-scale initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Education & Certifications:
Christine holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has completed the Guardian Leadership Program, strengthening her expertise in process improvement, strategic decision-making, and operational leadership. She continues to lead key initiatives, including supporting transition efforts in the Berkshires, helping ensure clients experience a smooth and thoughtful onboarding process.
Personal:
Originally from Becket, MA, Christine attended local schools and later settled in Dalton with her high school sweetheart. They thoroughly enjoyed raising two sons, Josh and Zach, and are now enjoying their grandson, Kayden. In pursuit of personal balance, Christine has become a Reiki Master and teacher; And in her community has generously contributed by volunteering at a local cancer center in the Berkshires where she supported the center’s year-long research study by offering Reiki sessions to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
