Christine holds over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, where she has honed her expertise in client service and relationships. At Berkshire Life Insurance Company of America, she advanced through various roles in New Business and Client Services, ultimately transitioning into management positions for much of her career. Her extensive experience includes managing cross-functional teams and projects. In her role as Client Services Manager, her dedication to delivering exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of her approach, reflecting her belief in the vital role that these relationships play in defining success for our clients.
Education & Certifications:
Christine has earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which has equipped her with valuable skills in handling complex scenarios and problem-solving to help uplevel client experiences. She has also participated in the Guardian Leadership training program, further developing her strategic decision-making abilities, risk management competencies, and financial acumen.
Personal:
Originally from Becket, MA, Christine attended local schools and later settled in Dalton with her high school sweetheart. They thoroughly enjoyed raising two sons, Josh and Zach, and are now enjoying their grandson, Kayden. In pursuit of personal balance, Christine has become a Reiki Master and teacher; And in her community has generously contributed by volunteering at a local cancer center in the Berkshires where she supported the center’s year-long research study by offering Reiki sessions to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
