Bill joined Moneco in March 2023 with a singular mission: to help people make confident, informed financial decisions that align with their goals and values. Since beginning his career in 2018, Bill has built meaningful, long-term relationships with clients at all stages of life, guiding them through everything from day-to-day financial choices to long-term planning strategies. His journey to becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional was rooted in one core belief: financial advice should always begin and end with what’s best for the client. Earning the CFP® designation was a natural step in his commitment to deeper, more comprehensive planning and advice. Bill is passionate about demystifying complex financial topics and helping clients find clarity in their financial lives—whether they’re planning for retirement, managing a major transition, or simply looking to get organized. For him, success means helping clients pursue a clearer path toward their future.

Bill has been featured and quoted in numerous leading financial publications, sharing his insights on a wide range of financial planning topics. Below are just a few examples of articles where he’s been quoted. Feel free to click the logos to read some of his commentary:

Experience:
Earlier in his career, Bill served as an advisor to employees of Fortune 500 companies navigating major life transitions—job changes, retirements, and everything in between. It was there that he developed the thoughtful, human-centered process he still uses today: listen first, educate second, and collaborate on a plan forward. Before entering the financial world, Bill led operations in a different industry, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, project management, and strategic thinking. These skills now play a central role in how he approaches planning—methodical, tailored, and always grounded in solving real-world problems.
Education & Certifications:
He attended the University of Connecticut where he earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Finance. He holds a Life, Accident & Health insurance license as well the Series 7, the Series 63 (with LPL Financial), and the Series 65 (with Moneco Advisors). Bill has successfully completed the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation from The American College, and the CFP® program.
Personal:
Bill lives in Norwalk, CT with his wife Hillary, their daughter Savannah, and their dog, Spruce.
