Ashley became Operations Manager following the merger of Moneco Advisors and Lichtenstein Financial in 2023, where she quickly took on expanded responsibilities supporting the firm’s growing operational and tax service needs. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement have made her a key contributor to the efficiency and accuracy of the firm’s internal processes.

In 2026, Ashley was promoted to Tax Operations Manager for Moneco Tax Services, an affiliated firm with Moneco Advisors. In this role, she helps oversee tax preparation workflows, supports CPA review processes, and works to ensure clients receive timely, well-coordinated service throughout the tax season. She enjoys working through complex tax returns and continues to deepen her knowledge of the tax field to better support both clients and colleagues.

Ashley is passionate about expanding her leadership skills and contributing to the continued growth of Moneco’s tax services, helping deliver a seamless and dependable experience for clients.

Experience:
Ashley has been in the financial field since 2016, when she joined Lichtenstein Financial as an Administrative Assistant.
Education & Certifications:
She graduated from college at Eastern Connecticut State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in health. While at ECSU she was on the Repertory Dance Troupe for 4 years and prior to that, she danced for 13 years.
Personal:
Ashley loves spending time with her husband, Victor and their two fur babies, Scooby & Diesel. She also loves the challenge of doing puzzles while enjoying the various types of cider produced around New England.
