Favorite part about working at Moneco:
The opportunity to ensure that our clients’ assets and the company’s operations are secure and efficiently managed. I find great satisfaction in problem-solving and tackling challenges head-on to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and the firm.
Favorite thing to do outside of work:
Spending time with family and friends, house projects, being active and outside (running, hiking, golfing, kayaking, skiing), and, on rainy days, reading or tackling a jigsaw puzzle.
What I enjoy most about what I do:
Keeping clients’ assets and the company safe, problem solving, and working with colleagues that are like family.

Vacation Destination: Toss up between going somewhere new (a national park/city/beach in the US or abroad) or going to our family vacation home on Prince Edward Island in Canada.

Allison serves as the firm’s Director of Compliance/Chief Compliance Officer. She previously worked as Director of Compliance at Willow Investments, which was acquired by Moneco in 2023. Allison remains passionate about developing an environment where compliance isn’t seen as an obstacle but as a natural framework that supports each team member’s success. It’s not just about the rules; it’s about the people we work with, and how we can work together to make the right decisions for our organization.

Experience:
Allison worked at Willow Investments as Director of Compliance for almost four years where she wore many hats including overseeing compliance, human resources, finance, and vendor management. Allison began her career at GE Capital in the Financial Management Program (FMP) and held a variety of positions post FMP including Assistant Vice President at GE Capital Markets where she was involved in syndicating structured healthcare deals. During her tenure at GE, Allison received eight management awards. Along the way, she has made it a point to continue developing her knowledge, earning certifications like the IACCP and Series 65, to remain equipped to navigate the evolving compliance landscape.
Education & Certifications:
She holds a BS in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management at Boston College, from which she received the Dean’s Letter of Commendation. Since shifting to the world of Financial Advising, Allison obtained her Series 65 license and her IACCP compliance certification.
Personal:
Allison resides in Berkshire County, MA where she enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves being active in nature.
