What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first impression for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while ensueh diering smooth office operations and team coordination. Your work will span three key areas:
Client Experience
- Manage phone lines, greet visitors, and uphold a professional office appearance.
- Coordinate client recognition programs including gifts, cards, and holiday initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling client appointments and supporting client communications.
Office Administration
- Oversee office supplies, mail, deposits, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain calendars, files, and other office systems to support team efficiency.
Team Engagement
- Organize team lunches, meetings, and events.
- Provide weekly firmwide updates via the Moneco intranet.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 2+ years of client service or administrative experience preferred.
- CRM system experience a plus.
- Financial services industry background a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, proactive, client-first attitude.
