What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first impression for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment while ensueh diering smooth office operations and team coordination. Your work will span three key areas:

Client Experience

  • Manage phone lines, greet visitors, and uphold a professional office appearance.
  • Coordinate client recognition programs including gifts, cards, and holiday initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments and supporting client communications.

Office Administration

  • Oversee office supplies, mail, deposits, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain calendars, files, and other office systems to support team efficiency.

Team Engagement

  • Organize team lunches, meetings, and events.
  • Provide weekly firmwide updates via the Moneco intranet.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 2+ years of client service or administrative experience preferred.
  • CRM system experience a plus.
  • Financial services industry background a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, proactive, client-first attitude.
