Moneco Advisors Named in the 2023 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers by InvestmentNews

FAIRFIELD, Conn., May 25, 2023 – Moneco Advisors LLC, (monecoadvisors.com), has been recognized as a 2023 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers as announced by InvestmentNews.

Moneco was chosen as one of this year’s top 75 based on employer and employee surveys delving into everything from company culture, benefits, career paths and more.

“There is a parable out there that tells the story of the janitor at NASA. During the height of the space race this janitor was asked by a passerby what he ‘does’ for NASA, and he answered, ‘I send people to the moon.’ This is how we want everyone on our team to feel about our clients. We all help them retire, send kids to college, move into their dream home, etc. regardless of our individual
roles on the team” said Derrek Metz, Managing Partner.

“This honor is a true testament to the culture we have built and how we have been able to align our team around putting our clients first and having some fun along the way.” said Charlie Rocco,
Managing Partner. “When we look at what we have built at Moneco, it is a simply a collection of very talented people who are driven to improve client outcomes everyday, together. That drive has made us more successful that we could have imagined, and this recognition is symbolic of that commitment.

InvestmentNews partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to compile the survey and recognition program.

“Every year, InvestmentNews is proud to profile those who prioritize taking care of their own. We applaud this year’s Best Firms for Advisors winners for investing in their most precious resource: their people.” said Paul Curcio, executive editor of InvestmentNews.
